OUR PROCESS / FAQ'S

We are a collective of distinct styles. Before reaching out, please take a moment to explore our artists
Each artist at Wild Kind manages their own schedule. Visit your preferred artist’s profile or website to find their specific booking link or email address.
Once your idea is reviewed, your artist will reach out to discuss details.
-
Consultations: Some projects require an in-person or video chat consultation to finalize the design; others can be sorted via email.
-
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date. This comes off the final price of your tattoo. Note: Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
-
We are primarily an appointment-only studio to ensure each client gets our undivided attention. However, "flash days" or last-minute openings occasionally happen. Follow our artists on Instagram for the most up-to-date announcements on walk-in availability.
Pricing varies by artist, style, and the complexity of the piece.
-
Hourly Rate: Large-scale work (sleeves, back pieces) is typically charged by the hour.
-
Flat Rate: Smaller, single-session pieces or "flash" designs often have a set price.
-
Please ask your artist for a ballpark estimate during the inquiry process.
-
Generally, designs are shown on the day of the appointment. We always schedule enough time before tattooing to make minor adjustments to the design to ensure you love it. This policy protects our artists' time and intellectual property.
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
-
Rescheduling: If ample notice is given, your deposit will typically transfer to the new date.
-
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Canceling within 48 hours or failing to show up will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
-
Our studio space is designed to be intimate and focused. You may bring one guest for support, but please avoid bringing large groups or children. We need to maintain a sterile and distraction-free environment for our artists and other clients.
-
Skin Care: Moisturize the area daily leading up to your appointment (but not on the day of).
-
Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy access to the area we are tattooing (and that you don't mind potentially getting a little ink on).
Rest: Get a good night's sleep before your session.
